What To Expect On a Community Call:

If you've been to one of our retreats, you know these moments.

One person asks a question. Nicole follows the thread, and something lands in a completely new way. The energy of the room changes when a truth we all experience is surfaced in a group setting.

Heal with Nicole Community Calls, also known as Virtual Retreat Days, are the closest ongoing experience we offer to bringing the retreat into your home. Once a month, members gather live for 2.5 hours of teaching, small breakout groups, sharing, and direct interaction with Nicole. This month, Nicole and Lisa focus on Practical Self-Compassion: Practices That Help Transform Neural Pathways.

Bring your own questions, or come to discover how often someone else's story turns out to be yours.

Can't make it live? Members receive the full replay along with a recap email and notes, so you can catch up on your own schedule.

THIS MONTH'S THEME:

Practical Self-Compassion:
Practices That Help Transform Neural Pathways

Self-compassion ("the third leg of the stool") is one of the most important parts of this work and often the most overlooked and least understood.

It is a practice that can fundamentally change the way your brain and nervous system respond to fear, symptoms, frustration, and emotional pain.

In this month’s live Community Call, Nicole will get practical about how to meet yourself differently in the moments when you are scared, symptomatic, impatient, or stuck.

What we’ll explore

>> Why self-compassion helps create safety in the brain and nervous system

>> How self-criticism can reinforce the pathways you are trying to change

>> Practical ways to respond differently when fear, urgency, or symptoms take over

>> How subtle shifts and repetition help create new neural pathways over time

And, as always, Nicole will take questions and work directly with members around what is happening in their lives right now.
