I CANNOT express the power of surrender in quieting the nervous system. It is literally everything. If you are doing your JournalSpeak, meditating with loving kindness for yourself, and making sure to quiet the debating society in your head about whether or not your pain is due to a structural abnormality (it's not), then perhaps the reason you are still struggling is because you care too much, or you're trying too hard. I often say, "love more, care less". This episode is about exactly that. I reached out to the sage Dan Buglio of Pain Free You to engage in a dialogue about this today with me on the Pod. It is my heartfelt hope that this discussion yields a nugget of truth or two that allow you to surrender completely - to stop giving your pain and symptoms the energy of fear and overwhelm.
