Thanks to my lovely instagram following (follow me @njsachs if you haven't yet for all the content I put up there) I got the great suggestion to discuss Panic and panic related disorders on the Pod today. I know how scary it is to feel like panic is ruling your life, and today I discuss the ways in which it is impacting me personally as well as helpful suggestions on how to handle it in your own life.
