JOURNAL SPEAKING WITH GEN Z
The teen mental health crisis has reached epidemic proportions and along with it, chronic pain and anxiety. We hear so often from concerned adults who badly want to help the young people in their lives get relief from anxiety, migraines, stomach problems, and so many other struggles.
Gen Z is uniquely self-reflective and conversant in topics of anxiety and wellness. However, they have not yet been broadly introduced to the MindBody system which offers a transformative new lens and opportunity for gaining agency over their lives.
At Omega 2024, led by Kate, our Teen Ambassador, we opened the conversation to teens and young people from all walks of life. In our first-ever Gen Z offering, these videos will be the perfect entry point for the young person in your life to buy in and get started on this work to change their lives!

KATE'S TALK+GEN Z ROUNDTABLE
Following Nicole’s work has been incredibly life changing. For two years, I was suffering with chronic whiplash, IBS, endometriosis, anxiety, and depression. I had very little energy for the things I enjoyed, couldn’t exercise at all, and had the most restrictive diet you can imagine. So much of my time went to doctors (4 times per week) and a never-ending string of medical treatments that never did anything to improve my symptoms. Through JournalSpeak and the support of amazing people my age doing this work, I have my life back. I have no chronic physical pain, I feel like myself again, and I have a community of lifelong friends walking the same path. I cannot give enough thanks to Nicole and Lisa for everything they do.

I lost years of my twenties to debilitating symptoms- to the point where I rarely left the house. I am beyond grateful to be able to say that I no longer have chronic anything. I am now living a vibrant life full of joy. I will be eternally thankful to Nicole and Lisa and this work. It saved my life.
