Betsy is a prime example of someone who could have gotten lost in the medical model of unnecessary surgery and medication with her diagnosis of Spondylolisthesis (like me!) We are similar in that we rejected those options, but were still in despair. Luckily for both of us, we discovered mindbody medicine.
