I get the question a lot: "How do I explain to people what the heck we are doing here to heal? It feels like I am preaching/begging them to believe me, and it interrupts my healing process and gets me angry, annoyed and anxious!"

Today we broach this subject - an important one - through the lens of compassion and calm, confident communication. I have been doing this one for YEARS and I am quite the expert. I hope this episode helps you to ease this one rough part of the healing journey.
