Wow - wasn't entirely sure where this podcast was going to go when I sat down at the mic to record it, but it went deep. People pleasing begins as early as birth, when we sense that we need to exude a certain kind of energy to match our human tribe. As we get more sophisticated, so does the people pleasing game, and as we grow it can require us to repress many, many big feelings in the process of putting ourselves last. When the authentic self is unreachable, so is most of healing.

Today we get down to business in uncovering the roots of people pleasing, why it keeps us "safe", and what to do to set ourselves free in mind, body, and spirit.
