S1 Ep17: Helping a Child to Save Herself - Meet My Sweet Charlotte

I can't tell you how many questions I receive requesting guidance on helping kids with TMS. I figured.. how better to explain than to interview my own child?

I raise my 5 kids with the knowledge that we live in a mind/body system. Sometimes we feel things in our hearts, and sometimes we feel things in our bodies. When it came to a scary diagnosis like Charlotte received last summer, we initially took the medical route to get some answers. When I realized that western medicine had taken us as far as we could go (that would be effective in helping her), we went full-on TMS recovery model, and it changed Charlotte's life.
