In this episode I take a moment to describe more fulsomely the details of my OMEGA retreat this summer from 7/21-26 in Rhinebeck, NY. Take a listen and maybe your question will be answered!

Shoshana and I met through a friend while she was struggling with back to back upper respiratory and throat issues for months in advance of her opening as the lead in Waitress on Broadway. She was terrified she wouldn't be able to "trust her body" to perform the role. I stepped in to help. Within a few days she began to see improvement. Shoshana is now no longer chronically ill, and has embraced JournalSpeak in all its forms.
