I have NOT always been a spiritual being myself, but my journey into the possibility of a spiritual life has informed my chronic pain recovery as much as anything else I've done. It all began with JournalSpeak, but allowing in the help of the universe, energy, love, connectedness.. has rocketed me forward like I'd never imagined. Today I share a little about my own personal spiritual awakenings as well as interview the breathtaking Athena Allread, a modern Shaman who will be joining us at OMEGA this summer.
