S1 Ep34: What Do You Cheat?

There is no way to be everything to everyone, so no matter who you are or what you do - something's getting cheated. When we go full force in our careers, we cheat our families. When we spend our days meeting everyone else's needs, we cheat self care. Listen, all this stuff is normal. It's part of being alive.

This is about more than just home/work balance, however. If we are to get the most out of this human experience and allow ourselves to be well, we have to figure out what aspects of ourselves we are cheating in order to identify as people who are no longer sick. It sounds crazy, but it's true.

Join me as we discuss this today, and I give you a peek into what I'm willing to cheat, and what I'm not. XO
