S1 Ep80: REAL TIME HEAL - Abandonment Issues and The Mask We Wear with Sarita

The ever popular REAL TIME HEAL series is back with a moving session with Sarita. Sarita has been stalled in her healing journey and needs a boost.

Today we sit together for a totally unscripted and unedited real time session, where we discuss the impact of early childhood abandonment and how it informs our lifelong coping strategies.

One the these strategies that lends itself to a great deal of emotional repression is the "mask" we feel we must wear to appear a certain way to others. We fear that if our true selves are revealed, we might be abandoned once again. (The irony of corona-land and masks is not lost on us!)
