S1 Ep84: REAL TIME HEAL: Trigeminal Neuralgia and the Unmet Needs of the Sensitive Child with Clara

Today we are back with our popular REAL TIME HEAL series.

Clara reached out last fall, struggling to overcome facial burning and pain diagnosed as Trigeminal Neuralgia. She had come a way on her own, but was looking for guidance on how to take her healing to the next level.

In hearing her story, I was stricken by the big feelings Clara had as a young child, and the anxiety that accompanied a trauma which launched her into perfectionism in order to manage her world. I relate so much!! This is the way many of us deal with the uncertainties in our lives. By the end, I feel confident that Clara has the insights and tools she needs to heal.
