S4 E15: Chronic Pelvic Pain, Foot Pain, Anxiety, and IBS with Alex

Alex spent years having no idea that her chronic anxiety, depression, pelvic pain, foot pain, bloating, and more were connected and all coming from the same place - Nervous System dysregulation. So many of us walk the same path. As challenging as it is to be in the dark about such things, it's equally enlightening to wake up to what is really going on - and euphoric when you can do the work to rid yourself of all chronic symptoms whatsoever. This is Alex's story. As for me, Alex strolled into my life quite unexpectedly. Her father walked into my Uncle's dentist office in London, and struck up the strangest conversation about chronic pain, a niece in America, and a daughter in Amsterdam who had finally found a solution to the chronic symptoms that had plagued her for years. I was shocked to discover that the solution was me!
