Lisa Frattini was in severe pain when an MRI showed an abnormality that scared her to death. As I know from experience, seeing a significant problem inside one’s body and hearing about a dark prognosis from a physician can really rock your world. After a childhood of people pleasing and overcaring for those around her, Lisa was overflowing with big feelings and the vestiges of stored trauma. 

I have had the privilege of being with Lisa for years in community and at our June OMEGA retreats in New York, and she has an amazing story to tell.
